Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to all 50 states and territories.  Orders are processed in the order received and will normally ship within 24-48 hours.  You can expect your order to typically arrive within 7-10 days after placing your order.

Standard Shipping:
Our Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over $89, otherwise for orders under $89 we charge a nominal shipping fee of $5.99, regardless of order size or quantity.  Most standard shipping orders arrive within 7-10 business days after placing your order. (Excluding orders to AK, HI, PR, APO and FPO).

Expedited Shipping:
Expedited Shipping is $14.99, regardless of order size or quantity.  Expedited Shipping orders will typically arrive within 4-5 business days. (Excluding orders to AK, HI, PR, APO and FPO).

DOT Air Shipping Restrictions:
DOT has certain requirements regarding shipment of restricted items.  Restricted items may include pressurized spray cans, aerosol-type products, and other items restricted by DOT that are not on this list.  In compliance with DOT rules, restricted items require ground only delivery.

For this reason, ScentBin.com does not ship DOT restricted items to AK, HI, PR, APO or FPO addresses.

Damaged Items:
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately or click here to submit a Return RMA.  We will require photos of the damaged item(s), along with photos of the packaging materials and shipping label to process your return/refund.  DO NOT throw away any item(s) or packaging materials until told to do so, or have been instructed to do so.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted, however are not guaranteed as we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.  Should you require cancellation of an order, please contact us immediately.  You will be notified via email if your order has been sucessfully cancelled, or if the order has shipped you will receive tracking information for the order.

Refused, Unclaimed and Undeliverable Packages:
Shipping cost is non-refundable for refused, unclaimed and undeliverable packages, unless an error was made on our part.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
